2015 Chevy Malibu LT My wife and I drove from Saint Cloud Florida to Regal Chevrolet because we heard great things about the dealership and the salesman Mr. Pete Wicher. I My wife and I drove from Saint Cloud Florida to Regal Chevrolet because we heard great things about the dealership and the salesman Mr. Pete Wicher. I wanted to buy my wife a new car for her birthday, I took my trade in just in case everything worked out and we ended up trading. I never in a million years thought that trading in a car and buying a car would be so easy. We drove onto the lot at 1015 am on a Saturday and immediately the Salesman Mr. Pete Wicher met us and started showing us any car we liked. Within 15 minutes we were test driving the car my wife loved. We then went into the dealership and Pete took our trade in to be looked at and priced. Within 30 minutes we were already happy with the price and payment and Pete brought over our lunch while we ate and waited to see the finance manager. As soon as we finished eating Pete took us over to see him and within 20 minutes we were done and then Pete took us over to our new car which he had already put on the tag and began showing us how to set up the bluetooth and work the onstar and back up cameras. By 220 pm we were on the road and headed back to Saint Cloud in my wifes new 2015 Chevy Malibu LT. Thank you for making our day and the process of trading in a car and buying a car so easy and enjoyable Mr. Pete Wicher. VIP Treatment I had an appt. set with an other salesperson who unexpectedly had a walk in from yesterday return. Awesome group of guys! My previous vehicle ( not a KIA) was a lemon to a degree. 28,000 miles and 2 years old it was literally falling apart. I was so stressed and sick about it and being stuck in those payments was really weighing me down. My salesman Cory and his manager Chris were awesome at KIA. I can't thank you enough. They not only helped me get out of the loan but put me in a new Optima which I LOVE.. It was more than what I was wanting to spend but that is due to not having bought or looked at cars, minus the 2 year old one, in over 18 years.They did show me two vehicles in my targeted price range but I wanted something more. Cory mentioned the Optima and I wanted to drive it so we did. That is what I bought. But either way they made the process easy. They were never pushy. They gave me time to deal with it all and were just incredibly nice. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you very much. More
