They did call us to see if we had any question, but never pressed us. When we went back three days later they were still friendly and still NOT pushy. We bought the Cadenza from Sam. However the detailing of the car wasn't very good. We waited close to 45 minutes to get the car. More

When dealing with Greg Schmidt, I have never felt pressured to buy a car but always felt comfortable in the fact that my needs were being addressed, which made the purchasing process a breeze. My service advisors, Jeff Soloj and Glenn Rusin, have made me feel as if we owned this car together. They have provided excellent customer service and have made any technical answers easy to understand. I recommend Regal Automotive to anyone talking about purchasing a new car.
