The only reason I chose okay for overall experience is because it takes so long to purchase a vehichle. We walked in at 10:30am and walked out at 3:00pm. I stopped at Regal of Lakeland searching for a used late model Silverado and found exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle at fair market value. I did not have to play the pricing game lik model Silverado and found exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle at fair market value. I did not have to play the pricing game like most other dealerships I had encountered earlier that day. On the third day following my purchase I had a minor problem with the passenger door handle. I contacted the manager of the Used Car Department; they immediately took it to the service department and installed a new one. The Regal sales and service staff were professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to start your search with Regal of Lakeland. More

My husbands car broke down and we went to Regal because my brother had recently bought a new suv there ad loved it.
