My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish! Gerry was great help from the moment we got to the dealership. We didn't find anything that met our wants on the first visit, so I came back a second time about a week later. I asked specifically for Gerry since he had been so great the first time we met him. He remembered who I was and what I was looking for. He happened to have an Optima that had just come in that was exactly what we wanted. I told him the amount I could pay, and he worked hard to make sure I got it. I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership, and I will by another car from him again. More

I came in after having a bad experience buying a new ford escape and only owning it for a few short months. We bought our 2013 KIA Sorento from Scott Smith. He is very knowledgeable about the Kias. Great guy could not have asked for a better person work with and straight forward with you . I went to Regal and got connected with Eric. I got a really good deal with a Kie Forte and got a better quote on my truck I was trading in. I did have problems with it but the service department gave me information to get the vehicle towed and it was fixed in a day, all free of charge. I'm currently back in the car market and I already been talking to Eric and I'm 100% confident I will be buying from Regal because of their no fooling around sales department and the quality of their service department. I recommend anyone in the business of car buying to go down and talk with Eric in sales and Jeff in service. More

At the time the I had a car, my car just stopped working in the middle of the road while I was driving. That was the fourth time that happened.
