Over the top I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on t I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on the oil change,so I walked into the waiting area,and relaxed.After a while I got up and started walking around and noticed my car was still parked near where I drove in,but other vehicles that came after me,where on the racks,being serviced. I asked a lady who works there,was there a problem.After I brought the issue to the nice lady...everything started happening very fast.Soon my car was returned to me,with the oil change,and cleaned very good.I was,not charged for the oil change, but it must be noted...one can purchase a KIA,from any dealership, but why? Best Car Experience Ever I am like most people, dreading to buy that car. What kind do you get, will you be treated right, not taken advantage of your money. I can say right here & now, Regal Kia on Bartow road was awesome from the moment I walked into the door. I met with the Manager, Larry Riddle who came out, spoke assured me that whatever I needed that they could help me with, they would. From that moment, Paul Gernoski showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, with my long list of must haves & cars that I wanted to look at. Paul, had me drive & look over all my wants, & must haves. I found the car. It was perfect. One that was not even on my list, but when I sat in it, that was the one. I came back 2 days later on Saturday, tried it out, they worked with me, gave me an awesome deal, & I am the proud owner of a new Kia Soul. I was also introduced to Jason Smouse, who assured me that I would be taken care of when I brought my car back in for service. I could not be happier. More
