Excellent I really didn't think I would be able to buy a new car, my old cars worth was half of the payoff, and it was falling apart. Repairs were very expensiv I really didn't think I would be able to buy a new car, my old cars worth was half of the payoff, and it was falling apart. Wonderful Customer Service Experience With Sales Rep. I visited this dealership as it's convenient to my parents who live in Zephyrhills, Florida, to test drive a Kia Soul from Savannah, Georgia, as I had I visited this dealership as it's convenient to my parents who live in Zephyrhills, Florida, to test drive a Kia Soul from Savannah, Georgia, as I had been researching information about them online. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle as mine had recently been t-boned and totaled by the insurance company. I had originally looked at used vehicles, but after finding out that the prices were kind of high with lots of miles in other brands, I turned to the Kia Soul, as it offered a more affordably priced vehicle that was brand new instead! When I arrived at the lot and started browsing the vehicles, we were approached by a very friendly sales rep named Niko. He was extremely polite and very friendly and although he may be a young sales rep, I'm more about how I'm treated as a person, and the customer service I am provided, and Niko is top notch in both respects! He was kind enough to take my parents and I on a test drive and fill us in about all the features the Soul has to offer. He's very knowledgeable and his demeanor was a treat to work with. He's just a great guy! Even though I was really only there to test drive a Kia, Niko's exceptional and friendly customer service made us want to hear more about the bottom line, and how much it was going to cost out the door to possibly take one home! The price was a little over my budget, and I needed to return back home to the Savannah, Georgia region and work out the settlement details with my insurance company. Although I ended up purchasing my Kia in Savannah, I would highly recommend Niko if you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the Lakeland or Central Florida region. He's very personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable, and better yet, he does not push and pressure you! Thanks again Niko for all your time, assistance and wonderful customer service skills!
