We were from out of town heading home from a road trip and Holli was very accomodating and informative over the phone which lead us to make the detour. Although the exact Sorento we wanted had just sold, Steve quickly made up for the loss by upgrading our lease to the sxl without any additional cost. Also, coming from the SWFL area, we were very pleased to see a Kia dealer whose employees were so professional and well dressed. We definitely think it was worth the stop! More
