No one could give a straight answer. Incompetent I asked many times about the specifics of the honda certification, no one could tell me (I still dont know). During the financing, the gentleman tried I asked many times about the specifics of the honda certification, no one could tell me (I still dont know). During the financing, the gentleman tried to say the car was only Regal certified, not honda and arguing with us that we were incorrect. After papers were signed, the car was brought up and right on the front it says Honda cert. Due to the hour I had to come back another day, I had to take off work (I live an hour from Lakeland), just to come back and sign papers saying it was in fact Honda cert. They also didn't have 2 keys with the vehicle so I had to come back and have another one made. When I asked if I could also get a valet key (which I would pay for) they were not able to make one. Finally, I was told that they would top off my car and then they came back and said sorry but we can't find the gas key. I love the vehicle I purchased but the transaction was a nightmare. More

We we're interested in a Silverado we had seen online that When my wife and I drove an hour and a half to Regal Chevy, Ed Box was set up for failure. We we're interested in a Silverado we had seen online that looked good and had a ton of features. When we got there, the truck was there, but we were told that an error on the system caused the features to be transferred from a different truck to the one I was interested in. It was very disappointing. We we're aware the issue was not Ed's fault but he took accountability and did everything he could to help us so we didn't waste our time with the trip. He didn't need to work as hard as he did but went above and beyond to right a wrong that wasn't his fault. He was very friendly, understanding of the situation and wanted fix an issue he had no control over. I am very impressed with how he handled things and the time, effort, and energy he put forth to make us feel comfortable. I never felt pushed into a truck I didn't want because of the situation. But he did what he could to help us leave the dealership happy. The dealership was nice but it was Ed Box and his customer service that made our visit a memorable and positive experience. My wife will be using him for her next car and I can guarantee I'll be recommending him to anyone I come across. Thanks Ed, because of you we will definitely be back to Regal Lakeland Chevorlet-Kia.
