Not the usual 5 stars When you got service before, they would wash & vacuum your car. The oil change was great, but the wash job left MUCH to be desired. And I come to find out that they no longer vacuum your car. Very disappointing. If the was job had been decent, I might have overlooked the vacuuming service removal, but it was horrid. They always seem to get me in and fix the problem without extra things that is not needed. If there were any other issue they would notify me before the repair. UPDATE. OK so after we post this about our terrible experience of trying to get something fixed on our brand new vehicle the service manager Jeffery responds to us in an e-mail the next day and I expla experience of trying to get something fixed on our brand new vehicle the service manager Jeffery responds to us in an e-mail the next day and I explain everything in detail in the message. Well the next day which was January 17 he had another service worker named Jorge call us and he said that Jeffery told him to take care of the issues we are having, Jorge said he would get back with me on an appointment time and day. I told him I may be out of town for a couple of days so I gave him my wife’s phone number also so he would be able to reach one of us. I promise you this is not a made up story and all we would like is to have a stain on one of the back headrest cleaned and a small chip above the drivers door fixed which was on the car when we bought it and told it would be fixed. Yesterday was three weeks from when Jorge called me and said he would get with the service manager Jeffery and get back with me to give me an appointment time. We have been very patient with this issue and what should have been a great experience buying a new vehicle from Regal Kia has turned into a horrible experience. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them and definitely read all the reviews before making a decision. More
