This is the third survey I have completed since my service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given a service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given any explanation. The expensive oil change I had was supposed to include vacuuming out the car, which was not done. And the drink that I had in my front cupholder was turned upside down on the back seat floor. The main reason for this service appointment was to have the floor vents fixed. However they still do not blow out hardly any air, but are very loud. More

I found Orlando very knowledgeable with Kia products and services. It was pleasant to work with him on my vehicle purchase. Purchasing was never made so easy before. From the initial sales contact through the vehicle delivery, it was the most enjoyable time in purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. From the receptionist to the finance manager, there was nothing but professionalism with friendliness. Every person I spoke to added to my positive experience. I have even been contacted by the service manager. He introduced himself and offered any assistance with any issue that might crop up.
