Had a mixed experience, but ultimately was very positive. Needed new tires and was given an appointment but was told they only had three tires. While there they told me I needed a new right front axel and Needed new tires and was given an appointment but was told they only had three tires. While there they told me I needed a new right front axel and a filter. Of course none of these were in stock. One week later I returned, had the tires mounted but after the alignment the steering wheel was canted approximately 15 degrees to the right. The technician was brought out who implied the wheel had always been that way or that I had had an accident--neither was the case. The car was then taken back to the shop and some time later I was told I needed a new ball joint to fix the problem. I pointed out that I did not have the problem when I drove in, and stated if it could not be fixed to just put my old parts back on. Austin, the service person, spoke with the service manager and it was agreed to give me a new ball joint at no charge. However, the part would not be in for three days. Austin provided me a no-charge rental car. Kudos to Austin and the service manager, but one star knocked off for the attitude of the service technician and for taking 10 days to get the job finally completed. More
