Analia, we communicate with our technicians in person and sometimes by phone and computer. So while they don't necessarily come to the waiting area every time we do consult them for recommendations for services.

I would like to add that our back up camera was damage from an accident and one of your customer service people did not allow a technician to check it base on his judgment that there was nothing wrong with camera. We did not get resolve from the insurance because of that and the camera is still damage. Is all I have to say. However, the last service I got there was done right and Jessica Torres has been always nice and very professional.
