Terrible customer service hateful people I will never step foot in Honda again. I have spent tons of money they’re on the repair of my car and have been treated not once not twice but three times with di step foot in Honda again. No communication what so ever … my car was towed in so maybe that was the start of the problem … so don’t know if it was driver of towing service or staff there at Regal … or combination of both ….but li maybe that was the start of the problem … so don’t know if it was driver of towing service or staff there at Regal … or combination of both ….but line of communication was broken … my car was brought in Wednesday morning and was not even looked at until late Friday afternoon … and that’s only because I called to check on status …and that was second time I had called …. It was too late then to order any parts so that was not done until Monday …. So consequently never received my car back till the next Wednesday … SIX business days later !!!! So not at all happy !!!!! More
