My car was serviced and once I got home I noticed they left a wire hanging underneath my steering wheel. Called Marcy yesterday morning and no response since. Marcy has not returned my call, and no one a left a wire hanging underneath my steering wheel. Called Marcy yesterday morning and no response since. Update: Regal reached out to me the same day and explained Marcy was training her replacement and had me stop in to fix the issue in my way home. More

All the reviews I see are 5 stars, I am only reviewing their service department, and only the phone service to get to them. EVERY time I have called I have to hang out after 10 minutes of waiting on the their service department, and only the phone service to get to them.
