I was under the impression that I would have free quote for my damaged lock. Advisor checked my maintenance coverage and told me it would not be covered under and cost would be $900. I did not want to go w for my damaged lock. Advisor checked my maintenance coverage and told me it would not be covered under and cost would be $900. I did not want to go with that direction. And I ended up paying $45 for this service. It doesn’t make any sense. I wish I was told upfront that. I would more than likely leave, I am not a happy camper at the moment. First of all, had to come in twice. One person told me one thing about the time & Megan gave me a different time schedule. No explanation that I had to put. $50 down for a rental. Had to ask what was done to my vehicle, she was more concerned about getting more money out of me for extra things other than what the vehicle was bought in for.
