They charge you extra on purpose and when you call for the flat rate it’s completely different than what the service person is giving you. I had an oil change that I was charged $65 and when I called late the flat rate it’s completely different than what the service person is giving you. Horrible service. No communication. Manager Chris did not care about the debacle they created for us. Service advisor Ray never called me only texted. Hard to get No communication.
