Alondra was very helpful and friendly and I only had to wait a little over an hour. On a different subject, my sister and brother-in-law recently went to Regal to look for a new car. The salesperson add wait a little over an hour. On a different subject, my sister and brother-in-law recently went to Regal to look for a new car. The salesperson added $3k to the sticker price and then kept bugging them after they left. They ended up purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership. I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the next year or so. If those are the sales tactics at Regal now, I will also look elsewhere. Disappointing. More
