I brought my car in for service and was there for over 2 hours. All I had done was an oil change and tires being rotated. Have been burned over the years before Ray became my service rep. Charged for work not done, told I needed a new this or that and on prior maintenance was done, 4 days after service I had no brakes com service rep. Charged for work not done, told I needed a new this or that and on prior maintenance was done, 4 days after service I had no brakes coming down a hill with my grandchildren on report service tech stated my brakes were in excellent condition but now I needed new brakes. last service when Ray was out person you assigned to me was rude left me stand for over 40 minutes at his desk even after being paged. Don’t lose Ray because you will lose me. More
