Jessica Torres. She was a 5 out of 5 with her service. But Honda didn't have all of the parts available after a more than 2 week wait.

Customer Service was great. The only dissatisfaction was I waited over 2 weeks to get all the parts and they didn’t have the parts as of then. I’m still waiting to hear when the parts will be in.

Parts are extremely expensive. Labor expensive as well. Struts ran $530 plus for each strut. Parts were also delayed. More
