I flew down from Massachusetts to pick up my new car. I wanted a very specific car, and there are only three in the United States. Had a flat tire at work, filled it there and at my house on the way to Regal. Pulled in and was greeted as normal. Their vehicle check in guy took my car and brought it back within probably 5 min saying he on the way to Regal. Pulled in and was greeted as normal. Their vehicle check in guy took my car and brought it back within probably 5 min saying he was able to clear the code for the tire pressure sensor. I asked if the tire was fixed and he said “if it goes flat by morning you can bring it back.” I replied that I’m here now and it’s not going to get me to work in the morning. He acted like it was an inconvenience, and took my key back. Service advisor (Jessica) that came to sign me in was super nice. No complaints there. 3 hours later my car had a new tire. After I got home I noticed their tech had left grease or whatever is used to mount the tire smeared all over the rim, zero attempt to even wipe it off. Not just a smidge, it was everywhere. First bad experience I’ve had with Regals service, just hope they have some coaching opportunities out of this. More
