Levi was our salesman, he is a very upbeat and pleasant person to work with. Thomas our sales mgr, was able to put a KIA, RAV4 and a CRV side by side for comparison and test driving. Ryan the finance mgr. was pleasant and helpful through paperwork on both vehicles. Regal went above and beyond to help us select our new car. They made the process painless (we hate car shopping) And, when we experienced a total non-functional car with less than 25 miles on it, they worked on getting us a different new car. While it’s disappointing to not have had it all go smoothly with our first selection, these gentlemen stepped up and did everything they could to make things right and help us. I would recommend Regal, just for the service we received from these men. More
