This dealership is unorganized and has terrible communication with their customers. Never answer the phones at the service dept. Very unaccomindating to warranty holders. Bought my new Civic from here back in 2019, so I occasionally return for maintenance and services. Can sometimes be difficult to schedule things, and will often overcharge on services, so I usually occasionally return for maintenance and services.
