I want to give a shout out for Chris Boswell, my wife needed some assistance with her DVD system in our Suburban, being it is a Chevrolet, I tried to contact my local dealer and kinda got snubbed. Their quality of work is good but their customer service skills need a lot of work. They refused to honor a GM extended service warranty on my vehicle. Regal said it didn't apply to my vehicle, even though skills need a lot of work. They refused to honor a GM extended service warranty on my vehicle. Regal said it didn't apply to my vehicle, even though I presented them with a warranty letter which I had received from GM with my VIN # on it. I had to contact GM Customer Assistance in Detroit to get reimbursed for what I had paid Regal for the repairs. More
