Tire problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Had a nail in my tire and the previous week had the oil changed. Was seen very quickly. Staff is always professional and personable. Our son will be purchasing a car next Spring and we will go straight to Doug. Highly recommend! More

Pulling wool over eyes Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway bars and alignment to fix rattle. Got another mechanic to look at car. Battery was good and seat belt in back was causing rattle. REGAL was either totally incompetent or fishing for work. Will never have any work done there again. Shady and dishonest. More

Not Good I was waiting in the service drive through forever and no one even acknowledged me. Then I was told I dont need half the stuff I scheduled for like fluid change, brake flush etc because they don't have time that day since a service tech called in etc and most they could do was oil change. Later after the oil change I was told I do need brake flush, fluid flush etc because it looked dark and was quoted a quote twice it was the last time I came in-!!! I felt like you guys were short staffed and wanted to just get me out and then gave me a ridiculous quote-! I wanted to get the stuff done that day along with my oil change. and now I gotta make double trips? Im going back to Brandon Honda. Everything was just a mess. wasted my time and money More

Very terrible service Bad service are not organized, they gave me an appointment for cleaning and arrangements of my vehicle and when I went they did not attend me and told Bad service are not organized, they gave me an appointment for cleaning and arrangements of my vehicle and when I went they did not attend me and told me that I had to take another appointment to clean the car, I lost that day then I took the appointment and returned the day of My appointment again when I am there they left me 2 hours without attending me when I complain and ask me to say that they have nothing in the system of my appointment. I got very angry and I tell them that I have already lost several days carrying the car and nobody attends to me, my car needs urgent cleaning the bus is full of roaches then they tell me that they are going to clean and spray it but I can't take it home that I have to find someone to pick me up because they don't have a car to give me what my car is fixed for. I get upset after my courage so they gave me a car and the next day I had to go back to look for my car another day I lost my job. and when I looked for my car it was not clean inside or outside and so they gave me my dirty car and continue with the horrible cockroaches in my car. Your service is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone. My car is still full of roaches, and what the had to fix the door lock from the passenger aside they didn’t fixed it. More
