Surprised to see the negative reviews I'm sure sooner or later someone will have a less than stellar experience anywhere, but I have been a customer of Regal (Lakeland Hills location) for I'm sure sooner or later someone will have a less than stellar experience anywhere, but I have been a customer of Regal (Lakeland Hills location) for 7 years and have had very few complaints, mostly about not being contacted while waiting for service to be done. The waiting area is clean, the coffee and snacks superb - and usually (almost always) the communications about what is being done and costs are clear and accurate. (The WiFi is a plus; the customer service waiting room is like a second office for me.) More
False Advertisement, In the first week of May, I received an advertisement from Regal Lakeland including scratch-off game to claim a prize. My husband Gary Brown scratche In the first week of May, I received an advertisement from Regal Lakeland including scratch-off game to claim a prize. My husband Gary Brown scratched / matched the prize in the amount of $250.00. He visited the dealership and spoke to Scott and Scott talked as if he was going to honor the scratch-off. Scott took the game card entering the dealership office, upon his return he came back out stating he could not honor the prize unless he was purchasing a vehicle from Regal. We quickly pointed out to Scott that no where on the card stated a vehicle had to be purchased in order to receive the valued gift. A few day''s later while having my Honda Accord serviced I spoke with a serviceman explaining to him about our previous experience with the game card. The servicemen inquired about the incident with Scott and of course Scott acted as if he was not familiar with us talking with him a few days before and he no longer knew where the scratch-off card he took from us was. I attempted to contact the owner of the dealership, Mr. Campisi and as of date I have left multiple messages and still have not received a call back. Also we visited the dealership to inquire on our experience and we were told that John vanilla would be contacting us and as of date he has failed to do so as well. My family and I have done business with Regal Lakeland for over 20+ years. I have purchased multiple vehicles (3 NEW) and my daughters all have purchased from them as well. I have always considered them to be a business of integrity and value their customer's. I am disappointed in the misleading tactics the Regal has resulted to in attempt to market / advertise in the community. Now, I see why the slogan "Customer is King" is no longer used! Since February I have spent over $1,800.00 in the service department for an oil leak on my Honda Accord and as of date it's still not fixed. My experience most recently has not been a good experience! More
