Later Chrissy Chrissy sought me out to explain there was a slight delay in order to accomplish a recall item, however this didn't make the time required for my service to extend beyond what I expected. Oil change and tire rotation I went for my first time for a oil change as I just moved to Florida. I was helped by Tim. Pendergrass I explained to him that the front tires take 3 I went for my first time for a oil change as I just moved to Florida. I was helped by Tim. Pendergrass I explained to him that the front tires take 35 lbs and rear tires take 33 lbs so the tire sensor doesn’t go off got my report and looked at it when I got home and yep they put 35 lbs all the way around asked them to check my breaks said they where fine and on report says I need immediate attention looked it up on line and I have 10 mil in front 8 mil in back internet says I don’t need attention so which is it do I or don’t i . this is a 2017 civic sport still under warranty .Jennifer called to see how my experience was told her about this she transferred me to someone else left a message and never heard back from him .
