Everything was done in a timely manner. Regal, in Lakeland, is very polite and friendly. All work is done well and on a timely manner. I had an appointment for 10:30 and Tony was explaining Regal, in Lakeland, is very polite and friendly. All work is done well and on a timely manner. I had an appointment for 10:30 and Tony was explaining everything to me at 11:00. It took me longer to get there, than it took for them to make the repairs, but the facility is fresh, clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh popcorn, snacks and vending machines, so you don't mid the wait. I don't mind the ride (1 hr.), but wish it was closer to my home area in Poinciana. I would recommend Regal Auto to anyone needing a vehicle. More
