Not Good I was waiting in the service drive through forever and no one even acknowledged me. I finally got fed up and walked inside, then someone comes up to m I was waiting in the service drive through forever and no one even acknowledged me. I finally got fed up and walked inside, then someone comes up to me when they see me walk in. Then I was told I dont need half the stuff I scheduled for like fluid change, brake flush etc because they don't have time that day since a service tech called in etc and most they could do was oil change. Later after the oil change I was told I do need brake flush, fluid flush etc because it looked dark and was quoted a quote twice it was the last time I came in-!!! I felt like you guys were short staffed and wanted to just get me out and then gave me a ridiculous quote-! I wanted to get the stuff done that day along with my oil change. and now I gotta make double trips? Im going back to Brandon Honda. Everything was just a mess. wasted my time and money More

Car maintenance Had scheduled to bring CRV in for maintenance before a trip. Stephanie Zobac was service advisor that day. We were only to have a coolant flush and Had scheduled to bring CRV in for maintenance before a trip. Stephanie Zobac was service advisor that day. We were only to have a coolant flush and transmission fluid exchange on that day and a brake flush at a later date. The service was mixed up and noticed when I got home the coolant and brakes were done. Tried calling Stephanie from noon to 5 to let her know and schedule another appointment before our trip but no response that day. Rescheduled for the coolant with Dustin Brown for the 12th. Except for that mishap all has been good as far as service and sales from Regal. Have been dealing with the dealership and staff for 14 yrs. Thank you! More

Very terrible service Bad service are not organized, they gave me an appointment for cleaning and arrangements of my vehicle and when I went they did not attend me and told Bad service are not organized, they gave me an appointment for cleaning and arrangements of my vehicle and when I went they did not attend me and told me that I had to take another appointment to clean the car, I lost that day then I took the appointment and returned the day of My appointment again when I am there they left me 2 hours without attending me when I complain and ask me to say that they have nothing in the system of my appointment. I got very angry and I tell them that I have already lost several days carrying the car and nobody attends to me, my car needs urgent cleaning the bus is full of roaches then they tell me that they are going to clean and spray it but I can't take it home that I have to find someone to pick me up because they don't have a car to give me what my car is fixed for. I get upset after my courage so they gave me a car and the next day I had to go back to look for my car another day I lost my job. and when I looked for my car it was not clean inside or outside and so they gave me my dirty car and continue with the horrible cockroaches in my car. Your service is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone. My car is still full of roaches, and what the had to fix the door lock from the passenger aside they didn’t fixed it. More

Excellent service I’m dropping it off to waiting in the lobby absolutely wonderful service! He said it would be complete in about an hour and it was done in 35 minutes I’m dropping it off to waiting in the lobby absolutely wonderful service!
