The place was clean, the service person was great. I think his name was Rob. He is very nice and friendly. I would have given Honda 5 star but my car did not had a complementary wash. I ask Rob if they do the basic car wash and he said yes. I mentioned it to him 2x . However when I pick up my car, it was still not wash. I checked faith my tires and dust and stain was still there I know my car was not washed. I was disappointed. I don’t know who was at fault for this but I was not happy coz my other car from another dealership always have a complementary car wash after every service. I asked and double checked with him and he said them yes but I did not got it. More
