Poor communications Had CRV serviced including transmission fluid. Questioned why labor rate doubled since previous transmission fluid change. Of fluid when transmission only holds 3.7 quarts. Dealership never responded. Also, service said filters were dirty and needed changed soon. These filters were genuine Honda filters and had been installed one hour prior to my visit to dealership. More

I deal exclusively with Alex at GMC service. I have a Honda. 3 Actually. I don’t care if you put Alex in Brandon or Bartow. I’m still going where he is. He respects me.
