It's impossible to get your service advisor on the phone. The parts department is a complete joke. They wanted me to look for the part. They told me the wrong part to purchase. Austin was great. Upon arrival, I waited almost 20 mins before anyone attended to me. Megan was not assigned to me but she was willing to help and expedite the service. I had a 1pm appointment for recalls on my vehicle. When I arrived I was ignored. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. The person came back and said Rob my service writer had gone When I arrived I was ignored. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. The person came back and said Rob my service writer had gone home for the day. I was then informed they would try to find someone else. I kept asking people if anyone actually worked there. After 15 minutes or so I was advised everyone was on the phone with other customers. I'm sitting in my van watching through the glass windows the staff on phones and visiting with each other. I kept telling people I was just dropping off the vehicle and I had a ride home. Eventually Cristy showed up to check in my vehicle. She had to first check if my parts were in, really? It wasn't a surprise visit to your dealership. When it was finally decided the parts were in I could actually leave my vehicle with your dealership. This process of dropping off my vehicle for an appointment took a very long time. Your dealership is so very disorganized. I honestly can't recommend your service department to my friends. More
