Had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning didn’t leave until 1230 just for an oil change and rotate balance. I was the last one in the waiting area until lunch time. The place was extremely busy but Ray always takes time with his customers. My actual service provider (Barske) was amazing. However, Chrissy, the person who greeted me, was rude, and I felt like she was trying to convince me to switch my appointment because it was busy.
