When I bought my Honda Pilot 1 year used I paid for the certified pre- own warranty the guy said everything is included for maintenance. Now with 60,000 miles I have to pay 500dollars for transmisión flui certified pre- own warranty the guy said everything is included for maintenance. Now with 60,000 miles I have to pay 500dollars for transmisión fluid change and 2100 for the timing belt change. Unbelievable especially when I though all the maintenance were included for up to 100,000 miles. Never again. More

First time at this dealer and I didn't know anyone. I was treated wonderful by all I came in contact with. My daughter had just died and this was her car. Angelo was first person and he was a huge help. Seco treated wonderful by all I came in contact with. My daughter had just died and this was her car. Angelo was first person and he was a huge help. Second time in I was disappointed he was no longer there. Jessica helped both times and also by giving me a number to text her, I was able to tell her one of my brand new tires had burst open when a curb saw me before I saw it. Jessica made sure another new tire was with the others for my 3rd trip in. I am so thankful for all the work done to this Honda and for the great crew you all have.
