This service center was very good. Ray and Austin took great care of us for our first oil change for a CRV purchased in January. It all went wrong when I mentioned that we were told, when we bought the car , that our first service was free. We were directed to Matt Bell, the sales manager, because we had nothing in writing. He rudely asked if we had anything saying we had a free oil change. We said we didn’t and he told us we were trying to get something for nothing. Barry explained that wasn’t the case that we were asking for what we were owed. We have bought other vehicles at Regal and were always given a free first time oil change. We didn’t realize we needed documentation of what we were told. We thought it came with all new car purchases. This isn’t the first car we have ever purchased. Barry and Matt got into a heated conversation with Matt telling Barry to leave his office many times and to “have a nice day” multiple times. Plainly he didn’t care if we had a nice day or not. Matt did finally agree to the oil change and Ray took off the tire rotation. We have never had anyone talk to us the way Matt did. I can only imagine that he was having some kind of horrible day and we got the brunt of it. I wouldn’t think a Honda Dealership would have a person like Matt come anywhere close to customers. As I said in the beginning, the Service Department took great care of us and we would recommend them to friends. The dealership, while Matt is working there, would be off limits to us and any kind of good recommendation to friends. More

They tried to play games and force me in to buying an over priced car. I rejected the exchange offer and the service rep said the part is not in stock and was not able to give a eta. I book a towing service and show up to tow my car to another repair shop and suddenly the part is in stock and is being worked on. Also the repairs recommended on car were in excess of 5000. I am not buying another Honda just because regal is the dealer in Lakeland. Never again in regal More
