Never let me know that my car was ready after service. I waited over 4.5 hours. I even had an appointment. Customer service rep went home for the day and was told when I called that he was helping another I waited over 4.5 hours. I even had an appointment. I had a defective start-stop switch that could lead to an issue with starting my Pilot. I was seen the same day and it was repaired within four hours of my car warning me if the problem. The bonus was Hond issue with starting my Pilot. I was seen the same day and it was repaired within four hours of my car warning me if the problem.
