I was under the impression that I would have free quote for my damaged lock. Advisor checked my maintenance coverage and told me it would not be covered under and cost would be $900. I did not want to go w for my damaged lock. Advisor checked my maintenance coverage and told me it would not be covered under and cost would be $900. I did not want to go with that direction. And I ended up paying $45 for this service. It doesn’t make any sense. I wish I was told upfront that. I would more than likely leave, I am not a happy camper at the moment.
