The worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Wife and I had a car for over a month not knowing our loan was lost because the financing manger quit and left. Thomas reaches out a month later to tell us we have issues with our loan. Does not properly communicate details or sense of urgency at all. So besides keeping us there for four hours playing money games he completely ignores it’s not our problem the financing manager left but makes it seem it’s our fault the loan never got approved, yet my wife agreed to all the terms and even signed. The only time he cared was if the car was in good condition when we returned it, completely useless and a bad representative of the Regal ownership group. Worst experience ever !!!! Do not trust him one bit. Does not care about the customer one bit. Thanks for nothing Thomas. More
