Will not EVER! !!! buy another vehicle from Regal Honda, this is the second incident I have had with the service department being rude and not following up with me a !!! buy another vehicle from Regal Honda, this is the second incident I have had with the service department being rude and not following up with me about my car. I phoned the dealership yesterday (06-27-23) to inform them I thought I was having a battery issue, I was unable to start my car and had to have it towed to the dealership which the tow truck guy delivered my car there by 2:45pm and Regal said no problem we will look at it by end of the day. The service hours show online open till 6pm. They never even looked at my car, they informed me Wednesday that it wasn't dropped off in time yesterday when I informed them it was the service advisor said no you didn't drop it off. I had to argue and say yes I did. However they were supposed to check my car. They hadn't and said we will and get back with you, in the mean time due to my job I had to have my mom call to speak with someone. She called three times to be told that the service manager (Levi) who is worthless and never returns calls but she was informed and assured by lunch he would call her back. No calls received after waiting 4 hours and she phoned to say I want a resolution only to be told he was in a meeting so then she asked who is his boss? They gave her Tony Cooper who didn't answer the phone so she had to leave a message. It is now 7 and half hours later and still no calls. She spoke to Alyssa who was very nice and said Alejandra had told her she would personally ask Levi to call my mother or myself back. In the interim I received a call saying oh you can go get a rental car at Hertz and we won't be able to get to your car to change the battery until next Monday- which now has caused loss of wages, frustration of rearranging my work schedule for 2 days in a row to arrange a rental car. I feel this dealership is very unprofessional and not worthy of business. This is not a way to run a business nor fair to a consumer who has purchased 2 vehicles from Regal. The first incident they scratched my steering wheel along with getting my auxillary cord jammed into the glove department and they removed the glove department and never put the screws back in so my glove department door fell off and had to be fixed. This same issue happened with no one accepting blame or calling me back to inform me what was wrong. Technicians made a mistake and this cost me time off work once again. If Levi is a service manage then he needs to accept responsibility and act like a manager as well as his boss (Tony Cooper). Going on 8 hours and second day of requesting a manager to return my call. More
Took my vehicle in on 6/20. Arrived at 7:50am for my 8am appt. Megan wasn't around so another guy (he was very nice) sat me down and explained it could be 2, 3 hours tops. I dec Arrived at 7:50am for my 8am appt. Megan wasn't around so another guy (he was very nice) sat me down and explained it could be 2, 3 hours tops. I decided to wait at the dealership. Shortly after sitting down, I received a text from Megan saying to let her know if I needed anything. After about three hours went by I reached out to Megan asking for an update. Keep in mind that several others were being helped around me, even being offered lunch and a shuttle. 30 minutes later I receive an estimate for service. I approved it right away. I told Megan I approved the estimate and asked if they were keeping my vehicle overnight. I never got a response so I had to go find someone since I did not know what Megan looked like. I found another lady who found Megan for me. I asked for a shuttle and after waiting 20+ minutes I decided to call an Uber to take me home. The next day, 7/21 around 2pm, I asked Megan for an update on my vehicle. Only then did I find out the part did not come in and my vehicle would be there yet another day. The following day, 7/22 around noon, I asked for another updated, no response. Asked again around 3pm, no response. Finally, just before 4pm, she sent a text saying my car was ready for pickup. Then I received an email with an estimate on cost, which was confusing. I asked Megan why I received an estimate after service was to have been completed, no response until the following day, after vehicle was already picked up saying "it's just a copy". That doesn't make any sense, but okay. Also, that estimate was around $300 less than the original estimate I approved on 7/20. When I picked up my car, I asked the cashier if she knew why and all she said was that we received a $50 coupon... I spent almost $2500 and received very poor communication. Will most likely be taking my vehicle to another Honda dealership for service in the future. More
