I have a Honda Ridgeline that I leased at Regal, then purchased once the lease was done. The leasing and sales experience was good. I had my truck in once prior to this visit for service, and the servi purchased once the lease was done. The leasing and sales experience was good. I had my truck in once prior to this visit for service, and the service was far above average. Over a year ago my truck was recalled for service for the rear view camera harness. I have waited over a year for the part, and not one time during this year did ANYONE from Regal contact me about the part or express any concern over the time it was taking for this recall service to be done. That is until this past week when I took the truck in for a new battery and brakes. Ms. Sandoval helped me check in and when she was informed about the over a year wait I had suffered through regarding the recall, she was shocked and profusely apologized on behalf or Regal specifically and Honda in general. She assured me she would take the matter up the management chain as high as she had to in order to make sure the part was supplied and the service done. Happily I am bringing my truck in tomorrow morning for the recall service to be done. She somehow managed to do in a single week what the managers of the service department were unable to accomplish in over a year. I cannot stress highly enough the care and professionalism that Ms. Sandoval showed to me. In my humble opinion the higher management at Regal could all take a note from Ms. Sandoval, who was the ONE person who listened to my concerns and acted on them on my behalf. With a few kind words, a little understanding and a lot of willingness to go the extra yard to serve a customer, Ms. Sandoval single handedly turned me from someone who would not recommend Honda in general and Regal in specific, into a customer who would now recommend both. Hopefully this survey somehow finds its way into the hands of Ms. Sandoval's supervisors, so that they can be made aware of what a valuable employee she is and what an asset she is to Regal. More
