I was very surprised by the way that myself and others were treated ,having to wait over four hours just to get a new tire put on my vehicle then finding out that part of the problem was that the employee were treated ,having to wait over four hours just to get a new tire put on my vehicle then finding out that part of the problem was that the employee didn’t know how to put the spare tire in the car! Took the vehicle in for a battery issue. It had to be jumped at the service center. The service rep tells me the vehicle needs brake fluid and transmission fluid flush and the timing belt te It had to be jumped at the service center. The service rep tells me the vehicle needs brake fluid and transmission fluid flush and the timing belt tensioner is leaking. I asked him if that is what caused the vehicle not to start and he said that is what the mechanic said. I refused the additional work and asked about the battery. He replied the battery issue is good, we are just going to put it on a charger. I left the dealership and went home .later that day I attempted to start the vehicle and the battery was dead. I bought a battery and when I replaced it I discovered that the air box had been damaged by the service center and they tried to hide it and it had been installed incorrectly. I took it back to the service center and showed my service rep. He never acted like there was an issue or asked to repair the damaged parts. I have been buying vehicles and servicing them there for over 20 years but will not spend another dime there. I will be making an official complaint and having them replace the parts the mechanic destroyed and the tried to cover up. More
