I could never ever in good conscience tell anyone to go to Regal Honda to repair their vehicle they did not repair my car for what I took it there for and charge me $3196 for the repairs and when I took th to Regal Honda to repair their vehicle they did not repair my car for what I took it there for and charge me $3196 for the repairs and when I took the car back for them to fix it they tried to charge me another $2000 and I said no I went to pick the vehicle up and they had lost the key kept me sitting there over an hour before I had to get upset before they actually told me what was going on with the car so now that the car didn’t get repaired they lost the key the car was there on three different occasions and not once did they offer me a courtesy vehicle or ride until they lost the key and then I had to go back another three times for them to replace the key so NO I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE More

I came here looking to trade in my car, I initially started with Thomas the sales rep, he was amazing! He listened to what I wanted and when it wasn’t available he went above and beyond to get me the c started with Thomas the sales rep, he was amazing! He listened to what I wanted and when it wasn’t available he went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. The manager (Also named Thomas) was another great help! He steered me in the right direction as to what I wanted. I thought that the longest part would be the finance but Matthew helped breeze through the process, he explained everything very well and made me feel confident in my purchase financially!!! I will definitely come back to Regal years down the line if in need! I recommend this team! Great experience, thanks Regal! More
