I pulled up at 9:30 for a 9:30 appointment. Fifteen minutes later a kid recorded my name and odometer reading. He told me someone would be with me shortly. At 10:00 I went inside and found a service advisor named Austin. He could not tell me what caused the delay except to say that they were busy. Supposedly he wasn't the service advisor assigned to me. Later that day Austin called me and said that they replaced my windshield wipers. I told him that Regal had replaced them in December and I didn't think they needed replacing. He said he would follow up. The next day when I went to pick up my car I found that they charged me for the new wipers. When I refused to pay for them, the cashier said I would have to talk with a service person to get the charge removed. I had wait another 15 minutes, I finally got to talk with a very nice service person. She removed the charge. I had no feedback on one or two items I mentioned should be fixed or at least checked out when I left the car. Why? I sent a message to Regal a few days after my appointment; but have not heard anything from them. This is the 2nd time I've had problems with Regal Service. I don't think I'll ever return to Regal. More

I had an appointment but still waited 20 minutes in my car for Sal. Was told service would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Service took four hours and all I was told is that the service dept. was shor car for Sal. Was told service would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Service took four hours and all I was told is that the service dept. was short staffed. Sal Campisi III took another 20 minutes to complete my paperwork but told me he gave me 20. off several times. About 5 miles from the service dept. an indicator light came on and then the low tire pressure lights came on. I made a U turn and headed back to the service dept. Sal was no where to be found and a nice lady by the name of Lexie came to hel p me. She had the issue fixed in ten minutes drove my car around the lot to be sure the gages were reset and topped my tank off with gas. I was so relieved. It was now rush hour which I had hoped to avoid but at least I knew I had plenty of gas. I will not be asking for Sal. He failed to follow up with me and I feel he made excuses way to late. I'm in my seventies and had a very long and stressful day due to Sal's inability to communicate. They failed to remove the paper mat and there were also black fingerprints on my drivers door. More
