I told Maegan twice in my initial conversation not to do the idol/stop recall. However it was performed and I only found out after I left. After waiting for five minutes I was told to go find her myself to get the paperwork. This was a pathetic experience. More
My family's been going here for more than a decade and had great luck with Ray, but I'm not so sure anymore thanks to Rob. Will have it Fri so you probably won't get it back until Mon Mon: I have the part but haven't installed it yet Tues: I ordered the part yesterday but have no clue when it will be arriving Meanwhile I'm having to cancel doctors appointments for chronic illness because I don't have my car with my wheelchair lift on it. Plus fractured my foot a week ago. Looks like I'm going to have to deal with the pain until it decides to heal on its own. Thanks Regal Honda! More

Alondra did a great job in coordinating the service. I don’t remember the young man I spoke to several times in the parts department. He was also great providing the info I needed to get Honda to ship t I don’t remember the young man I spoke to several times in the parts department. It was a shame that Honda could not provide the needed part for my AC faster but, that had nothing to do with the employees at Regal Honda. The Regal employees were always eager to provide excellent service. More
I chose Regal as worked with Costco program in past. Last purchase was worst experience and I cancelled purchase. I have been charged for prepaid service and then told no record of contract and when I Last purchase was worst experience and I cancelled purchase. I have been charged for prepaid service and then told no record of contract and when I produced voucher after my ex wife had paid I was sent discount coupons instead of refund. I confirmed parts were available and I was told they were not when I arrived. I was told no transportation at that time of day so paid my own Uber for a factory recall repair. Back dome light was left on by service and battery was low and auto stop no longer works at all and I cannot get to dealer when they are open and have transportation. Previously I have had even worse experience with service with charge for accessories that were not installed correctly and some not installed at all. More
