When you have a 7 am appointment have people there to check you in before 7. Put rhe driver seat back where it was. Changing filters every time is not needed. I had the eco block application and oil change and other services done along with recall issues. I was told the recall was completed but received a text a few days later stating the recall parts were in. Th services done along with recall issues. I live 30 miles away. I asked them to walk me through it. I was told to bring it back on Saturday. The radio stations were removed. Back seats were not cleaned. More
I feel comfortable going to Regal because it's almost like family when you go there. Very friendly staff but knowledgeable.
