Air bag replaced I had an early morning appointment. When I got there I went in and Kyle was there, so I said are you the one that will be taking care of me. He said y I had an early morning appointment. When I got there I went in and Kyle was there, so I said are you the one that will be taking care of me. He said yes and introduce himself. I will truly miss Rob. I bought my car in 2007 and and Rob was awesome. Anyway Kyle was great, he explained what they would be doing , he had me sign and make your self comfortable since you will be waiting. I did and then I received a text from Kyle saying if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you Honda for such great care. The wait was not long.
