Had the worst car buying experience ever in my life. I went through Cotsco referral program to the dealership and bought the car. I was suppose to pick the car next day and went with my family to make it I went through Cotsco referral program to the dealership and bought the car. I was suppose to pick the car next day and went with my family to make it a memorable experience. Once we reached there my wife liked a higher model that was $4000 more expensive, we asked Michael to provide the quote on it. There was a dealership promotion going at that time, so my wife asked Michael about it. He said that you won’t get it. She tried asking few more time to negotiate as we were getting more expensive car to see if we could get the deal. Michael for some reason lost his control and slammed his hand on the boxes and said YOU WONT GET IT. She asked to leave right away and we couldn’t buy the other car and got stuck with the previous one. She cried the whole way back and the car buying experience was the worst I had experience so far. Michael’s behavior was very disrespectful and uncalled for. Instead of feeling happy and joyful, we felt horrible and disgusted because of his rude and disrespectful behavior. More

Tire problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Had a nail in my tire and the previous week had the oil changed. Was seen very quickly. Staff is always professional and personable. Pulling wool over eyes Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway bars and alignment to fix rattle. Got another mechanic to look at car. Battery was good and seat belt in back was causing rattle. REGAL was either totally incompetent or fishing for work. Will never have any work done there again. Shady and dishonest. More
