The salesperson was extremely pushy and used a scare tactic to talk me into a new car, which I didn't need or afford. He didn't want me to take time to research or talk with others and I made a very poor financial decision due to pressure, stress, and fear. The purchase price was way over the price online (paid $26,375 -Regal online price for the same car - $22,000) and I made a huge mistake in buying the car. My son came in the same afternoon and he received the same type of pressure, but was able to walk away (even after the salesman lowered his payments from $500 per month to $325 a month). I have purchased at least 8 cars at Regal and have never experienced this type of pressure. My purchases in the past have been from Doug Maynard - who is wonderful. I wish I could have gone down and talked with him before making this purchase. Your service department and Kyle Cook is the best, but I will never purchase another car from Regal (neither will my son). More
