This is not "just a job" for him. He truly strives for excellent service to Regal clients. I am also impressed with the speed with which I could get an appointment. My battery was just about dead, the "B1" warning was issued. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment for 7:00 on Monday. I was impressed with the selection of snacks and beverages, and the kindness and professionalism of the employees I encountered. Time waiting passed quickly and the bill for services seemed very reasonable. More
