Everything was good starting out and at the very end. However communication was really bad for almost the whole 2 weeks our van was getting fixed. We was told it would be fixed before the week was up, bu However communication was really bad for almost the whole 2 weeks our van was getting fixed. We was told it would be fixed before the week was up, but could not reach the service team after the deadline to find out what was going on. I finally drove to the dealership to speak with the Service manager and our van was available the next day. More
