However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the weather mats that were promised with both of our purchases. I bought my car in July 2024 and was told weather mats would be shipped to me along with a tracking number. That never happened, and I never received any confirmation or follow-up. When my fiancée bought her car in May 2025, I brought it up again and was told both sets would be sent out as soon as they came in. Sheron assured us that we’d receive tracking info, but we haven’t heard anything since — despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing to have something so simple still unresolved, especially after being reassured more than once. Hoping the dealership follows through soon, as everything else about our experience has been positive. More
