Dropped off truck for apt with joe. Some lady checked us in very pleasant and nice sais joe would call us and truch would be ready at noon. At one i started texting joe from text i got fron regal after drop off. After a couple texts abd no answer i call number on text it said to call and that number didn’t work. So about 3 i called main number told operator my problem and after a few minutes she said joe was busy with a customer and would call me when finished. 45 minutes later i called operator again explain everything and all i want was status of truck. She talked to George and said out truck had been done. When we went to get truck we were told joe wenr home that morning sick. So out truck was there snd no one over seeing joes customers cuz he went home sick. Wjen i got there to get truck cashier had to find someone to put paperwork together. We paid and was handed our keys and had to go find our on truck it wasn’t brought up to us. So all of joes customers were just forgotten about. I spent over 700.00 to be forgotten about cuz nobody picked up and helped joes customers. I can say the person wo worked on the truck did a good job. More

We bought the eco block package and it wasn't the best. Mats left dirty, no surfaces applied with armor all on the inside like was done in the past. Some surfaces not wiped clean. Excellent service from this dealership, Called in on Monday morning for an issue with my new truck, they got me scheduled for the following morning and had it fixed the same day. Regal Chevrolet has had my 2019 Cahllenger since the day I purchased it from thier Bartow Road used lot due to issues with the wiring and Ms. Guthrie refuses to return my calls. The car was defective the da I purchased it from thier Bartow Road used lot due to issues with the wiring and Ms. Guthrie refuses to return my calls. The car was defective the day I purchased it, took it back the day after I signed paperwork and they put a headlight in even though I advised them the headlight was not defective and worked when it wanted to, they delivered it to me with the headlight not working AGAIN, I sent it back and again, they replace the headlight assembly, I had previously advised them it was electrical not the headlight. They try to deliver it to me again, Headlight not working. I send it back again they replace the BCM. I get car it is fine for about 20 days and acts up again. Now they have had the car another 2 weeks telling me they cant duplicate the issue that they KNOW is an issue and now it is the "wiring harness and fuse block" NO KIDDING! I told them that from the get go. So now 9 weeks of the 3 months I've been paying for the car it has been on their lot and now thay tell me they are awaiting approval from the warranty company, even though it is not a warranty issue. They sold the car to me with the issue. Not pleased with this dealership and definetely not happy with Ms. Guthrie after many messages left and no response. All I want is the car Ive been paying for that has sat on theri lot more than my driveway!!! I should not be forced to wait for apprval form a warranty company for an issue that was ther pre sale. Misael and Sean from the Used lot have bene awesome and are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible but the service dept/Lisa Guthrie are dragging this along and I am on verge of seeking legal advice at this point, why should I be paying monthly payments and insurance because they sold ne a defective vehicle and they are sitting on it instead of doing everything hye can to get the car fixed and back to me ASAP More
