My truck was towed in due to a lightening strike, of all things. It was delivered on a Thursday afternoon, and sat for a week. No communication and nothing being done. This was an insurance claim. Knowing a little how car dealerships/service departments work, this was not going to make money for the dealership. Lightening strikes are virtually write-offs every time. Instead of clearing the vehicle by spending an hour, they let it sit for a week. Finally on the next Thursday, my insurance adjuster went into the dealership, in person, and prompted them to do something. Low and behold, inside of 2 hours I had what I needed for the insurance to continue with the claim. This illustrates exactly what we all think of dealerships and their service departments, only out for the big $$$. If the job doesn’t make them a lot of money, you get lousy service. On the flip side of all this, Joe Platt was the single bright light. When I went in to remove my plate, he took time to drive me out on a golf cart. Also, he talked to me with no pretenses or hidden agenda. More

Picked up my car and left with more problems than I came in with. Not happy at all. Dealership is not taking any accountability and is steadily trying to give me a bill. I know my car like the back of my had and after I picked up my car i immediately noticed the new problems that I did it have before. They kept my car 5 weeks to fix a transmission issue now the advisor says they had to move move the starter to get the transmission issue but now there’s a possible issue with the starter. Hmmm. Ok. But here’s your $900 estimate for a new starter. I’m so disappointed and exhausted. More
